
Nic Cook
Owner
Nic Cook has been coaching and playing volleyball for a combined 15 years. His journey started with eight years of club volleyball in the Chicagoland area as a native of St. Charles, IL. He went on to play Division 2 volleyball at Pfeiffer University just outside Charlotte, North Carolina.
After Pfeiffer University cut their men's volleyball program Nic moved home and began to coach. He worked his way into an assistant director position and has coached at various Chicagoland High Schools. In 2019 Nic moved on to start Future Volleyball in Carol Stream, IL.
Nic is a passionate coach who prides himself on pushing his athletes to be the best they can be on and off the court. He has coached multiple teams placing within the top 15 in the nation. Since then, Nic has worked with division 1 programs around the country and has a vast network of coaches he can introduce the athletes in the program to.
Eric Tripp
Boys Club Director
Eric Tripp has been coaching and playing volleyball for a combined 10 years. He played in High School at Glenbard North in Carol Stream and continued on to play at NAIA Clarke University in Dubuque, IA.
Eric comes from a big volleyball family as his father (Dan Tripp) and brother (Tyler Tripp) have both been involved with the Future program. Eric has a passion and drive that the players around him tend to radiate towards.
In 2022, Eric Tripp was promoted to Boys Club Director after achieving high levels of success with all of the teams he worked with. Eric has a drive to make all of the athletes in the program the absolute best they can be and pushes the coaching staff around him to train at the highest level.
Eric is looking forward to an explosive year of hard work and can't wait to see what incredible things the boys achieve!


Brad Cardott
Head Coach - 17 Elite
Brad Cardott has been coaching and playing volleyball for a combined 13 years. Brad began his club volleyball experience at the age of 11 in the Chicagoland area. Brad is born and raised in Lombard, IL and played for Glenbard East High School. He recently graduated from Elmhurst University with a Major in Physical Education and a Minor in Health.
Brad is currently coaching at Glenbard East High School as the Junior Varsity coach as well as coaching for the club. Brad is one of our master coaches who helps develop drills and gameplay scenarios to help build our athletes to the next level.
Brad boasts the highest national finish of any coach in our program with a 5th place standing. He tells us his eyes are on a gold medal and we can't wait to see that happen!
Giuseppe Fiduccia
Floater Coach
Giuseppe Fiduccia has been coaching and playing volleyball for a combined 12 years. Giuseppe began his volleyball career at Glenbard North High School. He continued on to get his Physical Education degree from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL.
Giuseppe currently teaches at Marklund Day School in Bloomingdale, IL and resides in Carol Stream, IL. Giuseppe comes from a very competitive family and loves to compete and keep the kids fired up! Giuseppe has coached the only team in our program to a Gold medal in a qualifying tournament!
Giuseppe has his eyes on another top 10 finish at BJNC's soon!

Zac Cook
Head Coach - 17 White
Zac Cook has been coaching and playing volleyball for a combined 12 years! Zac is the brother of Future Co-Owner Nic Cook. Zac currently resides in Campton Hills, IL and was a former player at St. Charles North High School.
Zac has four brothers and grew up watching them play the game which developed his love for the sport. Zac has worked with athletes of all ages for us and has a way of pushing them all while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Zac has goals to help take a team to a national championship which could come in the near future!


Jimmy Stark
Floater Coach - 16 Elite & 16 White
Jimmy Stark has been coaching and playing volleyball for 7 years! Jimmy was a former player at Glenbard North High School in Carol Stream, IL and currently resides in St. Charles, IL.
Jimmy started his first year coaching with us in 2019, but rose to the occasion. Jimmy had outstanding reviews from the players and families he worked with and will continue on to be a phenomenal coach.
Jimmy has a niche for coaching and we believe he was meant for it. He is looking forward to helping our athletes and continuing to grow with them!
Kate Wright
Head Coach - 18 White
Kate Wright has been involved with the game of volleyball for 15 years. She was a player at West Chicago High School and helped lead them to the sectional championship game. She continued on to study Physical Education and Health at Aurora University where she also played Outside Hitter. She graduated and recently finished her Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago.
Kate is in her 5th year teaching PE & Health at Franklin Middle School in Wheaton, IL. She is also the assistant Varsity coach for the girls team at St. Charles North High School where they recently finished 4th in the state!
Kate is extremely excited to be on board with our program and looks forward to helping out the athletes in our gym!


Taylor Krage
Head Coach - 18 Grey
Taylor Krage has been involved in the game of volleyball for 15 years. Taylor played at St. Charles North High School and was named female athlete of the year her senior year. She continued on to play Outside Hitter for Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL where she won the MAC championship in 2016. She graduated with her degree in Early Childhood Education and now teaches at Fox Ridge Elementary School in St. Charles, IL.
Taylor will be in her first year with our program, but coached with another program for the last six years. We are extremely excited to add her to our coaching staff as she has a vast knowledge of the game that is hard to be matched!
Taylor looks forward to joining the boy's side of the game and can't wait to grow with the program!
John Kolozsy
Head Coach 14 Elite
John Kolozsy has been involved in the game of volleyball for over 25 years. He played for Wheeling High School as the starting Libero and continued on to coach IHSA and Officiate. John has his degree in finance and currently works as HR Generalist & Payroll Manager.
John and his family reside in Carol Stream, IL currently. His son Owen and his daughter Mary are both a part of the Future program!
John is one of our go-to guys for the fundamentals of the game. His experience and knowledge have helped Future tremendously as he has coached some of the best athletes we have!
John looks forward to coaching athletes and getting them excited about the game of volleyball while watching them grow as players!


Dan Tripp
Youth Teams Coach
Dan Tripp has been involved with the game of volleyball for over 10 years now! He is currently working as a Warehouse Manager in Carol Stream, IL where he and his family reside. His sons Eric and Tyler are both a part of the Future program as well.
Dan heads our youth program as he used to run his own coaching business for youth athletes called "Coaching the Future" based out of Elmhurst, IL. He has since retired from that, but wasn't ready to throw his hat in as his sons were still playing!
Dan is very patient, knowledgable, and driven which makes him the perfect person to work with our Elementary & Junior High players. He has coached up multiple players who moved on through the program to become phenomenal athletes!
Jack McGuire
Head Coach - 18 Red
Jack McGuire has been around the game of volleyball for 8 years now. He played for St. Francis High School and led his club team to a 5th place national finish at BJNC's in 2017!
Jack continued on to play at Dominican University in River Forest, IL where he has has an incredibly successful career. He will be going into his senior year for the 2020-2021 season.
