What:
Come receive training for our All Ages 1st Contact Camp! In this camp your son/daughter will learn to control their defensive presence on the court. The training will consist of platform work, defensive footwork, serve receive training, and diving/rolling skills. The athletes will develop these skills to make them the best possible defensive athlete they can be in a fun, exciting, and challening way while being helped by our high level coaches and current college athletes!
