Co-Ed Fall Training

This is the perfect opportunity for new and intermediate players wanting to work on individual skills and prepare for the upcoming season. Sessions will focus on individual skills through drills and team play to help participants develop as an overall player. Future Volleyball coaches will lead players at all sessions.
